Each quarter, you will receive an account statement that shows starting and ending values for your total portfolio, each account and each fund position. You can also get daily balance updates in any of the following ways:

By phone: Call us at 1-800-258-3030 on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and one of our friendly client service associates will give you this information.

Automated phone line: Call 1-800-258-3030 to hear fund share prices, total returns and current account balance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Online: Log in to your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week to view your account balance.
