Transfer an Account

You can move an IRA or Education Savings Account held by another custodian to Homestead Funds. You’ll need to have an existing identically registered account with us to receive the transfer. For example, you can move Traditional IRA assets to another Traditional IRA account registered to the same name and Social Security Number. If you do not have an existing identically registered account with us, you’ll need to open a new account before proceeding with the transfer process.

To transfer assets to an existing identically registered account held by another custodian to Homestead Funds, print out the IRA and ESA Transfer Form, complete and sign it. Send it to:
