Deferred Compensation Plan Accounts
Telephone Access to Account Information: Plan Participants

Employees and cooperative directors who participate in the deferred compensation plan can call Homestead Funds anytime to hear account balance and other information.

For Plan Participants, One Phone Number, Two Ways to Access Information

On weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, plan participants can call 1-800-258-3030 and say "representative." A client service associate will assist them.

After hours, on weekends or anytime they would prefer to use the automated voice-response system, plan participants can call 1-800-258-3030 and say "account information" to hear details specific to their individual fund and account positions.

See "PDF Resources" at left for instructions to share with plan participants who need help navigating the automated phone system.

Benefit Administrators Should Speak with a Client Service Associate or Log In to Vision® for Account Information

The automated phone service provides deferred compensation account information only for specific fund and account positions. Unlike Vision®, benefits administrators cannot use the phone system to get information for all participant accounts in one call. Additionally, only one PIN can be assigned per participant account, so employers who want plan participants to have direct access to this information via the automated phone system cannot establish a second PIN for benefit-administrator-level access.
